Heart-Smart Fajitas

  1. Trim fat from steak.
  2. Slice steak diagonally across grain into thin strips.
  3. Heat tortillas according to package directions.
  4. Set aside; keep warm.
  5. Heat a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat.
  6. Add steak; saute 2 minutes or until browned.
  7. Add tomato wedges, onions, seasoning, and garlic; stir well.
  8. Bring to a boil.
  9. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  10. Divide steak mixture evenly among tortillas; roll up.
  11. Top each fajita with 1 tablespoon chopped tomato and 1 tablespoon each of remaining ingredients.
