Honey Soy Ginger Salmon

  1. Rinse Salmon with water and place on a plate.
  2. Cutt Salmon into desired length pieces.
  3. In a separate bowl add Soy Sauce, Rice Vineger, Honey, and Ginger.
  4. Wisk the ingredients with fork to allow the honey to dissolve into sauce.
  5. Slice Scallions and add to the sauce.
  6. Place Salmon slices into 2 Inch Depth Frying Pan.
  7. Add Sauce and cover.
  8. Turn stove to Medium-High heat.
  9. When steam starts to rise, add Sesame Oil.
  10. Allow each side of Salmon to cook 5 minutes each side.
  11. Lower the heat to low and wait 5 more minutes to cook (remember to keep it covered!)
  12. When Salmon flakes easily its fully cooked.
  13. Serve with Mashed Potatoes and Broccoli, or Rice and Beans!
  14. Enjoy!
