Honey Soy Ginger Salmon
- 1 lb Salmon (no skin)
- 1 cup Soy Sauce (reduced sodium soy sauce only)
- 1 tbsp Rice Vineger
- 2 head Scallion
- 2 tbsp Graded Ginger
- 5 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- Rinse Salmon with water and place on a plate.
- Cutt Salmon into desired length pieces.
- In a separate bowl add Soy Sauce, Rice Vineger, Honey, and Ginger.
- Wisk the ingredients with fork to allow the honey to dissolve into sauce.
- Slice Scallions and add to the sauce.
- Place Salmon slices into 2 Inch Depth Frying Pan.
- Add Sauce and cover.
- Turn stove to Medium-High heat.
- When steam starts to rise, add Sesame Oil.
- Allow each side of Salmon to cook 5 minutes each side.
- Lower the heat to low and wait 5 more minutes to cook (remember to keep it covered!)
- When Salmon flakes easily its fully cooked.
- Serve with Mashed Potatoes and Broccoli, or Rice and Beans!
