Veggie Quiche

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Defrost egg substitute.
  3. Layer in bottom of shell veggie pepperoni, cheese, onions, bell peppers, mushrooms.
  4. Mix together egg substitute milk, and seasonings.
  5. Pour into shell.
  6. Sprinkle with more cheese and seasoning if desired.
  7. Bake 45-55 minutes.
