Poppyseed Chicken

  1. Get one of those fully cooked small rotisserie chickens from the grocery store.
  2. Remove all meat (dont keep the skin) and chop or shred into pieces.
  3. Mix with cream of chicken soup and sour cream.
  4. Throw in poppy seeds as you prefer.
  5. Pour all into a baking dish, top with a fair amount of Club Crackers (no need to crumble).
  6. Arrange 8 or so slices of butter on top of the crackers.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
