Poppyseed Chicken
- 1 whole Rotisserie Chicken, Small
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 8 ounces, weight Sour Cream
- 1 Tablespoon Poppy Seeds
- 1 box (16 Oz. Box) Club Crackers, Or Less, As Needed
- 4 Tablespoons Butter, Cut Into 8 Or So Slices, More Or Less As Needed
- Get one of those fully cooked small rotisserie chickens from the grocery store.
- Remove all meat (dont keep the skin) and chop or shred into pieces.
- Mix with cream of chicken soup and sour cream.
- Throw in poppy seeds as you prefer.
- Pour all into a baking dish, top with a fair amount of Club Crackers (no need to crumble).
- Arrange 8 or so slices of butter on top of the crackers.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
