Cajun Shrimp Skewers

  1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first nine ingredients.
  2. Add the jumbo shrimp; seal bag and turn to coat.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. On eight metal or soaked wooden skewers, thread shrimp and lemon wedges.
  5. Grill, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 inches from the heat for 5-8 minutes or until shrimp turn pink, turning once.
