Mile-High Cheese Sandwich
- 2 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
- 2 tsp. KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 2 slices KRAFT 2% Milk Singles, divided
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1 medium red pepper, halved and cored
- 1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts
- 1 SNACKWELL'S Sugar Free Shortbread Cookie
- 8 fl oz (1 cup) fat-free milk
- Spread bread with mayonnaise and top 1 slice with 1 slice of the cheese.
- Pack in as many cucumbers on the next layer as you can; top with 2nd slice of cheese.
- Place half a red pepper on the next layer.
- Top with alfalfa sprouts, and cover with the remaining slice of bread.
- Complement the meal with a SNACKWELL'S cookie, and crunch on whatever vegetables didn't fit into your sandwich.
- Serve meal with a glass of milk.
