Moist Lemon Chicken
- 34 cup water
- 14 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
- 1 tablespoon low-sodium worcestershire sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon dill seed
- 12 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 12 teaspoon curry powder
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 3 -3 12 lbs chicken breasts
- In large resealable plastic bag or shallow glass dish combine the first 10 ingredients.
- Add chicken and turn to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
- Drain, discarding marinade.
- Grill chicken, covered, over low heat for 50-60 minutes or until juices run clear, turning several times.
