Moist Lemon Chicken

  1. In large resealable plastic bag or shallow glass dish combine the first 10 ingredients.
  2. Add chicken and turn to coat.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
  4. Drain, discarding marinade.
  5. Grill chicken, covered, over low heat for 50-60 minutes or until juices run clear, turning several times.
