Easy Sour Cream & Caramel Flan

  1. Line 8-inch square pan with plastic wrap, with ends of wrap extending over sides.
  2. Spray with cooking spray.
  3. Whisk eggs in medium bowl until blended.
  4. Bring milks to boil in medium saucepan on medium heat, stirring constantly.
  5. Gradually add half the milk mixture to eggs, whisking constantly until blended.
  6. Add to remaining milk mixture in saucepan; mix well.
  7. Cook and stir on medium-high heat 1 to 2 min.
  8. or until thickened.
  9. Pour milk mixture into medium bowl; stir in vanilla.
  10. Place filled bowl in larger bowl half-filled with ice water.
  11. Cool egg mixture completely, stirring occasionally.
  12. Stir in sour cream.
  13. Pour into prepared pan.
  14. Freeze 4 hours or until firm.
  15. Unmold flan onto plate just before serving; discard plastic wrap.
  16. Drizzle flan with dulce de leche.
  17. Slice mango; arrange over flan.
