Home Salad Stuffed Tomatoes

  1. Mix
  2. together the ham, celery, pecans, olives and onion in a large
  3. bowl.
  4. Stir
  5. in
  6. the
  7. mayonnaise and chili sauce. Placing the stem down on a board, cut each tomato about 2/3 of the way down into 8 wedges.
  8. Gently push wedges open to allow space
  9. for stuffing.
  10. Place
  11. each
  12. tomato
  13. on a lettuce lined plate
  14. and stuff with ham salad.
  15. Garnish plates with parsley. Makes 4 servings.
