Garlic Chipotle Shrimp
- 1 lb shrimp
- 13 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons seasoning salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon dried cilantro
- 12 teaspoon dried chipotle powder
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Peel and de-vein the shrimp, as needed.
- Rinse thoroughly.
- Warm oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl or zipper bag, combine flour and seasonings.
- Toss shrimp in breading.
- Cook 2 minutes per side.
- Serve with lemon or lime wedges.
