Taco Beef Salad

  1. Season beef strips with salt.
  2. Add cherry tomatoes, avocado, green pepper and onion.
  3. Mix
  4. chili sauce, oil, chili powder, hot pepper sauce and garlic.
  5. Add meat and vegetables and toss.
  6. Serve individual portions on bed of lettuce.
  7. Serve corn chips and grated cheese to sprinkle on top.
  8. Makes four to five servings.
