Low Fat Lentil Chili

  1. Trim any fat from meat.
  2. Cut meat in 1/2 inch cubes.
  3. Heat a non stick saucepan or pan sprayed with cooking oil over medium heat.
  4. Brown meat quickly and stir in remaining ingredients.
  5. Bring mixture to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for about one hour or until lentils are tender.
  7. Makes 4 servings.
