Fruit Dessert Cake

  1. Beat the eggs with the granulated sugar.
  2. Add the butter, the sifted flour and the baking powder.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Add the soda to the yogurt and then add it to the mixture.
  5. Grease and flour cake pan.
  6. Pour batter into pan.
  7. Arrange fruits on top (so that each serving will have some on top) and sprinkle with crystal sugar.
  8. Bake for about 40 minutes in a moderate 350 degree (175 C.) to 375 degree (200 C.) oven.
