Bakers One Bowl Macaroons Recipe

  1. Mix coconut, lowfat milk and vanilla in large bowl.
  2. Drop by teaspoonfuls, about 1 inch apart, onto well-greased cookie sheets, pressing down ends of coconut with back of spoon.
  3. Bake 10 to 12 min or possibly till golden.
  4. Immediately remove from cookie sheets.
  5. Cold on wire racks.
