Whole Wheat Quick Bread Recipe

  1. Or possibly 1 c. regular lowfat milk with 2 tsp.
  2. vinegar added, let sit 5 min.
  3. Combine dry ingredients.
  4. Combine egg, buttermilk, honey, and butter.
  5. Add in to dry ingredients, stirring just till moistened.
  6. Stir in nuts or possibly raisins.
  7. Pour into 9x5x3 inch pan.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 min.
  9. This is quick and easy!
