Cheesy Zucchini & Pork Skillet Chili
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 1/2 cup sliced celery
- 1/2 cup sliced zucchini
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 can (15 oz.) kidney beans, rinsed
- 1/4 cup TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Salsa
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- Cook meat in large nonstick saucepan on medium heat 6 to 8 min.
- or until done, stirring frequently.
- Add celery and zucchini; cook 3 min.
- or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
- Add next 5 ingredients; stir.
- Cook 5 min.
- or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Add 3/4 cup cheese; cook and stir 2 to 3 min.
- or until melted.
- Serve topped with sour cream and remaining cheese.
