Snow Cap Casserole

  1. Rehydrate Granburger with hot water for 10 minutes.
  2. Pour a little oil into a Dutch oven.
  3. Saute the Granburger, onion and carrots in oil until onion is tender.
  4. Add soup, mushrooms, beans and 1 cup Cheddar cheese.
  5. Blend thoroughly.
  6. Place mixture in a 2-quart greased casserole dish.
  7. Combine whipped potatoes and remaining 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese.
  8. Spread potato mixture over the Granburger mixture.
  9. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
  10. Garnish with paprika and parsley.
  11. Serves 6 to 8.
