Snow Cap Casserole
- 1 1/4 c. Granburger
- 1 c. hot water
- corn oil
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. shredded raw carrots
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 can sliced green beans, drained
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 1/2 c. whipped potatoes
- Rehydrate Granburger with hot water for 10 minutes.
- Pour a little oil into a Dutch oven.
- Saute the Granburger, onion and carrots in oil until onion is tender.
- Add soup, mushrooms, beans and 1 cup Cheddar cheese.
- Blend thoroughly.
- Place mixture in a 2-quart greased casserole dish.
- Combine whipped potatoes and remaining 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese.
- Spread potato mixture over the Granburger mixture.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
- Garnish with paprika and parsley.
- Serves 6 to 8.
