Caramel Turtle Pie
- 400 g Kraft Caramels (about 47), unwrapped
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 1 prepared 9 inch graham crumb crust
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 pkg. (225 g) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup icing sugar
- MELT caramels with 3 Tbsp.
- of the milk over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Pour over crust.
- Chill 10 minutes.
- SPRINKLE pecans over caramel layer.
- MELT chocolate with remaining milk and sugar on MEDIUM power for 2 minutes; stir until smooth.
- POUR over caramel layer and spread evenly.
- Chill 3 hours or overnight.
