Beef Enchilada Stacks Recipe

  1. Brown beef in large skillet over medium high heat.
  2. Add in onion, pepper and garlic; continue to cook till vegetables are tender.
  3. Stir in enchilada sauce, sliced olives and salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Lower heat and simmer, uncovered about 20 min.
