Apple Spice Cake
- 1 cup old fashioned oats, uncooked
- 12 cup packed brown sugar
- 12 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 14 cup butter, softened
- 1 (18 1/2 ounce) package spice cake mix
- 1 cup old fashioned oats, uncooked
- 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 3 eggs
- 14 cup vegetable oil
- 14 cup water
- 1 12 cups finely chopped apples (about 2 medium)

- Heat oven to 350.
- Spray 13x9 inch metal baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.

- For topping, combine oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon in medium bowl.
- Cut in butter with 2 knives until mixture is crumbly.
- Set aside.

- For cake, combine cake mix, oats, yogurt, eggs, oil, and water in large bowl.
- Blend with electric mixer at low speed until moistened; mix at medium speed 2 minutes.
- Stir in apples.
- Pour into pan.
- Sprinkle topping evenly over batter.

- Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
