Balsamic Glazed Salmon with Strawberry Salsa

  2. Preheat oven to 375 F.

  4. Place salmon fillet on a rimmed baking sheet and brush it with a few coats of balsamic vinegar.
  5. Reserve the rest of the balsamic for later.
  6. Season salmon with a dash of salt and pepper.

  8. Bake salmon for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.

  10. While salmon cooks, make the salsa.
  11. Combine strawberries, cilantro, jalapeno, green onion, and lime juice in a medium bowl and stir to combine.
  12. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  13. Store salsa in the fridge until youre ready to swerve.

  15. When salmon is cooked, brush a bit of the remaining balsamic vinegar over the top.
  16. Top salmon with strawberry salsa and serve immediately.
