Toffee Apple Dip
- 1 package Cream Cheese (8 Ounce), Softened. Can Use Light.
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cups White Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 pinch Nutmeg, (about 1/8 Teaspoon)
- 3/4 cups English Toffee Bits
- 8 whole Apples, Sliced For Dipping
- Place softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl.
- Add brown sugar, white sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Beat with a mixer until smooth.
- Stir in toffee bits.
- Serve with apple slices.
- Cooks note: If you want to keep the apples from turning brown mix with some lemon juice or give them a quick soak in pineapple juice.
