Honey-Ginger Bourbon Balls

  1. Combine crumbs, 1 cup of the sugar and the nuts in large bowl.
  2. Combine chocolate and honey in small bowl over hot water; stir until chocolate is melted.
  3. Blend in bourbon.
  4. Stir bourbon mixture into crumb mixture until well blended.
  5. Shape into 1" balls and sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup powdered sugar over balls.
  6. Refrigerate until firm.
  7. Note: Store in a airtight container in the refrigerator.
  8. These improve with aging & will keep for several weeks.
