Breakfast Shake Recipe
- 1 x Frzn banana
- 8 ounce Yogurt -or possibly-
- 4 ounce Tofu
- 4 x -(up to)
- 6 ounce Your favorite juice, more or possibly less
- Peel ripe bananas and place in plastic bags, freeze.
- Yhe frzn banana gives the*shake* an ice cream-like texture
- If you do not like bananas, use frzn berries or possibly peaches, these are not as creamy but quite good.
- Put in blender and blend till smooth.
- Add in wheat germ or possibly protein pwdr to any of these as you wish.
