Homemade Nameko Mushrooms with Enoki Mushrooms

• 1 bag Enoki Mushrooms
• 4 tbsp Soy sauce
• 4 tbsp Mirin

1. Remove the roots from the enoki mushrooms, and cut into 3 even lengths.
2. Put the enoki mushrooms into a pot.
3. Add soy sauce and mirin, then simmer for about 3 minutes.
4. Done!
