Steak Rice Bowl with Wasabi Sauce

  1. Combine all of the ingredients.
  2. Heat the beef tallow in the frying pan and pan-fry the seasoned beef steak over high heat until browned.
  3. When it has become a delicious looking brown, flip over, lower the heat a small amount, and continue frying.
  4. When both sides have browned nicely, remove from the pan and wrap in aluminum foil.
  5. Add the combined ingredients to the frying pan with the leftover meat juices and boil until the sauce thickens.
  6. Fill a bowl with rice and top with shredded nori.
  7. Cut the steaks into bite-sized pieces and place on top of the nori.
  8. Cover with the sauce.
