Potato Skins

  1. Bake potato wedges according to manufacturer's directions.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake at 230C for a further 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Arrange Singles* over skins, bake again for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  5. Serve warm on a platter, with a dollop of Tzatziki dip on each wedge.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
