Potato Skins
- 500g low fat potato wedges
- 4 KRAFT FREE Singles slices Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06
- 1 cup tzatziki dip
- chopped parsley to garnish
- Bake potato wedges according to manufacturer's directions.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake at 230C for a further 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Arrange Singles* over skins, bake again for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Serve warm on a platter, with a dollop of Tzatziki dip on each wedge.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
