Maryland Crab Cakes Recipe

  1. Remove all cartilage from crab meat.
  2. In a bowl, mix egg, bread, mayonnaise and seasonings.
  3. Add in crab meat and mix gently.
  4. If dry, add in more mayonnaise.
  5. Shape into 6 cakes.
  6. Cook in just sufficient fat not to stick.
  7. 5 min to a side.
