Cookies & Creme Cafe Pie

  1. Mix Crust Mix and margarine with fork in 9-inch pie plate until crumbs are evenly moistened.
  2. Press firmly onto bottom and up side of pie plate; set aside.
  3. Pour milk into large bowl.
  4. Add Filling Mix and flavored instant coffee.
  5. Beat with electric mixer on low speed 30 sec.
  6. Increase speed to high; beat an additional 3 min.
  7. (Do not underbeat.)
  8. Reserve 1/2 cup of the Crushed Cookies.
  9. Gently stir remaining crushed cookies into filling until well blended.
  10. Spoon into crust; top with the reserved cookies.
  11. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  12. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
