Creamy Chicken Cups
- 1 can (large 10 Oz. Can) Chunk Chicken
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 3 stalks Green Onion, Sliced
- 1 bunch Parsley, Chopped
- 2 boxes (2 Oz. Box, 15-count) Mini Phyllo Cups
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Shred chicken in a medium sized bowl.
- Add the remaining ingredients (except phyllo cups) and mix well.
- Fill phyllo cups with about a tablespoon of filling.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until tops are golden brown.
- Enjoy warm out of the oven or at room temperature.
