Orange-Honey Cheesecake
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped PLANTERS Walnuts
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. orange zest Safeway 1 lb For $0.79 thru 02/09
- Heat oven to 325F.
- Combine graham crumbs, nuts, butter, cinnamon and 2 Tbsp.
- sugar; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, honey, flour and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended.
- Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating on low speed after each addition just until blended.
- Stir in orange zest; pour over crust.
- Bake 1 hour to 1 hour 5 min.
- or until center is almost set.
- Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim of pan.
- Refrigerate cheesecake 4 hours.
