Slow-Cooker Shredded Pork Sandwiches

  1. Place meat in slow cooker.
  2. Mix next 4 ingredients until blended; pour over meat.
  3. Cover with lid.
  4. Cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours (or on HIGH 4 to 6 hours).
  5. Remove meat from slow cooker; cut off and discard excess fat.
  6. Shred meat with 2 forks; return to slow cooker.
  7. Microwave barbecue sauce in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 40 sec.
  8. or until heated through, stirring after 20 sec.
  9. Add to meat; stir until evenly coated.
  10. Serve in rolls.
