Slow-Cooker Shredded Pork Sandwiches
- 1 boneless pork shoulder (3 lb.)
- 1/2 cup HEINZ Tomato Ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
- 12 kaiser rolls, split
- Place meat in slow cooker.
- Mix next 4 ingredients until blended; pour over meat.
- Cover with lid.
- Cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours (or on HIGH 4 to 6 hours).
- Remove meat from slow cooker; cut off and discard excess fat.
- Shred meat with 2 forks; return to slow cooker.
- Microwave barbecue sauce in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 40 sec.
- or until heated through, stirring after 20 sec.
- Add to meat; stir until evenly coated.
- Serve in rolls.
