Avocado Chilli Nachos

  1. Combine Philly*, mayonnaise, avocado, sweet chilli sauce and lemon juice in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Fold through spring onions, salt and pepper.
  3. Chill until serving.
  4. Arrange corn chips on a serving platter.
  5. Top with salsa and sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Place under a hot grill and cook until golden brown.
  7. Serve with guacamole.
