Ham-Broccoli Rolls
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears or 12 fresh broccoli spears
- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. horseradish (optional)
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. minced or chopped onion
- 1 c. pineapple juice
- 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple slices or bits
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
- 6 slices ham
- Microwave broccoli until tender. Place margarine in bowl and microwave until hot. Stir flour, horseradish, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and onion. Add pineapple juice and milk; stir until blended. Add egg and blend. Microwave at Medium-high (70%) until thickened, 3 to 5 minutes depending upon microwave.
