Ham-Broccoli Rolls

  1. Microwave broccoli until tender. Place margarine in bowl and microwave until hot. Stir flour, horseradish, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and onion. Add pineapple juice and milk; stir until blended. Add egg and blend. Microwave at Medium-high (70%) until thickened, 3 to 5 minutes depending upon microwave.
