Healthy Okara Nuggets

  1. Put all ingredients into a bowl (or a food processor).
  2. Fold everything with a wooden spatula.
  3. Mix until the mixture becomes soft and smooth.
  4. Shape it into a nugget-shape.
  5. Deep-fry until they turn golden brown.
  6. Done.
  7. These nuggets are already flavored without any sauce, but you can also serve them with ketchup or mayonnaise if you'd like.
