Broken Glass Dessert

  1. When jello is chilled and firm, cut into cubes. Bring pineapple juice to a boil.
  2. Add Knox gelatine water.
  3. Mix well and chill until syrupy.
  4. Mix crumbs, sugar and melted butter together. Use half of crumb mix to line bottom of pan.
  5. Reserve other half for topping. Combine Cool Whip with pineapple mix in a large bowl. Fold in the jello cubes. Spread over crumb crust.
  6. Top with reserved crumb mix and chill.
