Asiago Sun-Dried Tomato Dip
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 jar Sliced Mushrooms, Drained (4 -oz)
- 8 ounces, weight Asiago Cheese, Grated
- 1 jar Sun-dried Tomoatoes, Drained And Sliced (6 -80z.)
- 3 pieces Green Onions With Some Tops, Chopped
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Spoon the mixture into a 1 and 1/2 quart round baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.
- Serve warm with assorted party crackers and/or party bread.
