BBQ Canapes

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Preheat grill pan.
  2. Place bread in a single layer on a sheet tray and toast for 5 minutes until crisp and lightly browned.
  3. Remove from oven.
  4. Place a slice of pepperoni on a toast point.
  5. Top with a slice of cheese and a pickle chip.
  6. Use a toothpick to hold the stack all together.
  7. Dust with dry rub seasoning.
  8. Mix ingredients together and store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
