Marinade For Steak Recipe

• 3/4 c. maple syrup
• 2 tbsp. soy sauce
• 1/4 c. vinegar
• 2 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 1 clove garlic, crushed
• 1 to 1 1/2 pound flank or possibly London broil

1. Combine ingredients, pour over meat.
2. Place in Ziploc bag and marinate overnight in refrigerator.
3. Turn frequently.
