Peanut Butter Eggs Recipe
- 3/4 pound butter
- 1/2 pound 10x sugar
- 8 ounce. cream cheese (or possibly use same amt. marshmallow cream)
- 1 (1 lb.) box 10x sugar
- 1 (13 ounce.) jar peanut butter (creamy)
- 12 ounce. Baker's semi-sweet chocolate pcs
- 1/2 slab paraffin wax
- Mix together butter and 1/2 lb.
- 10x sugar.
- Add in cream cheese or possibly marshmallow cream, 1 lb.
- 10x sugar and peanut butter.
- Refrigeratein refrigerator and then shape into Large eggs.
- COATING: Heat together in top of double boiler the chocolate pcs and paraffin.
- Cover each egg and chill.
