Macaroni/Ham Pasta Salad

• 1 small head lettuce
• 1 cup diced celery
• 2 cups cooked macaroni
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 12 cup chopped sweet gherkin
• 1 cup cooked English pea
• 3 medium tomatoes, cut in wedges
• 1 cup cooked ham, cubed
• 1 cup mayonnaise

1. Arrange outside leaves of lettuce in a salad bowl.
2. Shred inside leaves; toss with remaining ingredients.
3. Chill before serving.
