steak and cracked pepper pie

  1. preheat oven to 180F
  2. add a little olive oil into a saucepan and brown the shredded steak with a pinch of salt and 1 tbsp cracked pepper.
  3. add the tomato paste, stock and bbq sauce and let simmer for 5 minutes
  4. add chilli capsicum, onion and mushroom
  5. prepare pie tins with short crust pastry
  6. add the steak mixture to the pie
  7. cover the pie with puff pastry and brush with butter
  8. cook in oven for 20 minutes
