Parmesan Mixed Herbs Pizza

  1. Assuming your crust is pre-cooked, combine the fresh herbs, garlic, and sour cream together in a bowl and add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. In another small bowl, mix the olive oil with the dried Italian seasoning.
  3. With a pastry or BBQ brush, brush the herbed olive oil onto the pizza crust evenly.
  4. Spread the sour cream-herb mixture over the pizza crust evenly.
  5. Top with the parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until crisp and golden, serve immediately.
