Parmesan Mixed Herbs Pizza
- 12 inches pizza crusts
- 12 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 12 cup chopped fresh basil
- 14 cup chopped fresh chives
- 14 cup chopped fresh marjoram
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 12 cup sour cream
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 12 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1 13 cups freshly grated parmesan cheese (or romano)
- Assuming your crust is pre-cooked, combine the fresh herbs, garlic, and sour cream together in a bowl and add salt and pepper to taste.
- In another small bowl, mix the olive oil with the dried Italian seasoning.
- With a pastry or BBQ brush, brush the herbed olive oil onto the pizza crust evenly.
- Spread the sour cream-herb mixture over the pizza crust evenly.
- Top with the parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until crisp and golden, serve immediately.
