Hash Brown Potato Casserole Recipe
- 2 pound bag frzn hash browns
- 3/4 c. melted butter
- 16 ounce. lowfat sour cream
- 2 (8 ounce.) Packages shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. cream of mushroom (or possibly cream of chicken)
- Salt and pepper
- Onion
- Pour potatoes into 9x13 baking dish.
- Drizzle with 1/2 c. butter, sprinkle with salt and pepper and onions.
- Add in cheese over this.
- Mix soup and lowfat sour cream and spoon over potatoes.
- Crush 2 c. of corn flakes and mix 1/4 c. melted butter.
- Sprinkle over potatoes.
- Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
