Nutty Layered Beef Salad

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Sprinkle steak with chili powder.
  3. Grill 5 to 7 min.
  4. on each side or until cooked through.
  5. Remove steak from grill; cover loosely with foil.
  6. Let stand 5 min.
  7. Cut steak across the grain into thin slices.
  8. Layer in clear glass serving bowl along with the lettuce, tomatoes and onion.
  9. Place dressing and avocado in blender container; cover.
  10. Blend until smooth; drizzle over salad.
  11. Sprinkle with the nut mix.
