Vegetable Aspic Salad Recipe

  1. Soften gelatin in cool water, then dissolve it in boiling water.
  2. Add in salt, sugar, lemon juice and vinegar; stirring till sugar is dissolved.
  3. Cold till partially set.
  4. Then mix in minced celery, pimento, green pepper, onion and tomato.
  5. Mix and pour into individual molds.
  6. This is sufficient for 12 to 14 individual molds.
  7. Refrigeratetill set.
  8. Unmold and serve with mayonnaise.
