Crispy Pumpkin Treats
- 1 cup soft caramel
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 (10 ounce) bag marshmallows
- 8 cups crispy rice cereal
- 3 12 cups dove brand milk or 3 12 cups dark chocolate
- 12 cup vanilla frosting
- orange food coloring
- 2 cups m&m's brand chocolate candies, optional for decoration
- 10.5 (15 1/2 inch) jelly, roll pan
- wax paper
- 1 small metal pumpkin cookie cutter
- lollipop sticks
- Melt caramels, butter and marshmallows on stove or in microwave.
- Fold in cereal and stir until well coated.
- With lightly buttered hands, press mixture evenly into a foil lined jelly roll pan.
- Melt DOVE Brand Milk or Dark Chocolate and spread evenly over mixture.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Using cookie cutters, cut treats out from pan.
- Tint frosting orange and transfer to resealable plastic bag with a snipped corner.
- Pipe detail on pumpkins, using photo as a guide and decorate with M&MS Brand Chocolate Candies.
- Press stick into bottom of pumpkins, pressing other end into a Styrofoam filled harvest basket.
- Cover Styrofoam with M&MS Brand Chocolate Candies if desired.
