Chorizo Hashbrowns
- 1 hashbrowns
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 large jalapeno
- 1 tsp tajin clasico seasoning
- 1 lb chorizo
- 5 large eggs
- 4 blend Mexican shredded cheese
- Chop up onion, garlic, and jalapeno.
- Fry up hashbrowns, adding onion, garlic, and jalapeno.
- When hashbrowns are close to done, Fry The chorizo in a separate skillet.
- Scramble 5 eggs in a bowl and add to chorizo.
- Plate the hashbrowns and spoon chorizo on top.
- Top with shredded cheese and enjoy!
