Chorizo Hashbrowns

  1. Chop up onion, garlic, and jalapeno.
  2. Fry up hashbrowns, adding onion, garlic, and jalapeno.
  3. When hashbrowns are close to done, Fry The chorizo in a separate skillet.
  4. Scramble 5 eggs in a bowl and add to chorizo.
  5. Plate the hashbrowns and spoon chorizo on top.
  6. Top with shredded cheese and enjoy!
