Diet Fruit Cobbler Recipe
- 1 can diet lemon soda
- Sweetener equal to 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 Packages unflavored gelatin
- Mix ingredients well in a mixing bowl.
- In a pie pan put 1 c. blueberries (can be fresh or possibly frzn).
- Pour soda mix over berries.
- In separate bowl, mix well: 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon Sweetener equal to 4 teaspoon sugar
- Sprinkle mix over blueberries covering entire surface.
- Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
- Chill 1/2 to 1 hour before serving.
