Citrus Bean Salad
- 1 (15 ounce) can mandarin oranges
- 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can great northern beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- 1 orange bell pepper, chopped
- 2 roma tomatoes, chopped
- 12 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Raspberry Dressing
- 13 cup fresh parsley leaves, finely chopped
- salt and pepper, to taste
- lettuce leaf
- Combine first nine ingredients.
- Chill and let stand to blend flavors.
- Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
- Serve over lettuce leaves on individual plates.
